This notice is given under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you send us a note through the contact form, or write to us by email, we receive what you choose to tell us:

• your name and your organisation
• your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• what you need, the date you have in mind and your message

Giving us these details is your choice. We do need your name and an email address or phone number to reply. Without them we cannot answer your enquiry.

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry
• to prepare a proposal or a quotation, if you ask for one
• to keep a record of our dealings with you

We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the people at Infusion who handle your enquiry. They also pass through the companies that run our email and host this website, which process them on our behalf. We may give your details to an authority where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it for the reasons above.
