Form to Future was UEM Sunrise's first Real Estate Forum, held at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 4 September 2024.
The forum brought property players and the investment community into one room for a full day: a keynote address, then panel sessions through to the late afternoon.
It began the evening before, with a poolside barbecue and a live band.
The artwork for the forum came from UEM Sunrise. We carried it across the room: the stage, a 6-metre LED screen with a screen on each side, the foyer and the registration area. We also animated it for the screens.
In the foyer there was a photo wall, a postcard corner and walls for guests to colour in.
On the day we managed registration, the stage and the programme, and filmed the sessions on three cameras.
What we did

- Planning, rehearsals and the running of both days.
- Stage and screens
- The main stage, a 6-metre LED screen and two side screens, with sound and lighting.
- Screen content
- Motion graphics for the stage screens, adapted from the forum's artwork.
- Registration
- Online registration and check-in on the day, with lanyards and name tags.
- Foyer and guest items
- Photo wall, registration backdrop, postcard corner and colouring walls. Canvas bags, notebooks and pens.
- Filming
- Three cameras on the day, and the edited films of the keynote and the sessions.
